Michelle Turman, M.A. is the Principal of Catalyst Consulting Services whose mission is to facilitate positive change in the areas of executive searches, governance and fundraising coaching, organizational management and strategic planning. In addition, Catalyst Consulting offers a network of consulting partners that specialize in executive coaching, marketing, events, corporate philanthropy and more. (Link to full list of partners) Turman received her bachelor degree from Florida State University and master’s degree from University of South Florida. With over twenty-one years of nonprofit experience, Michelle and CCS have been responsible for increasing the impact and best practices of nonprofit organizations she serves and has raised over $50 million for the Tampa Bay community through her professional and personal philanthropic efforts. In addition to facilitating change nationally and in the Tampa Bay area, Michelle’s community service has included leadership roles on the boards of the Suncoast Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Partnership for Philanthropic Planning, Leadership Pinellas, the South Tampa Y and University of South Florida’s Women in Leadership and Philanthropy Mentoring Program. Turman is a Key Partner and trainer for the Nonprofit Leadership Center of Tampa Bay. In 2015, Turman was recognized by Tampa Bay Metro Magazine as one of Tampa Bay’s Distinguished Women in Business.

Amanda Schell leads the data analytics branch of Admiral Strategy Group. She received two Bachelor’s degrees in International Affairs and Statistics and a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics from Florida State University as well as a certificate in Business Analytics from the Wharton School of Business. Amanda worked for two and a half years in state government, bringing data expertise and leadership to the Florida Division of Emergency Management. Her work there began as Florida’s youngest Gubernatorial Fellow. She remained to become a Planning and Evaluation Specialist and ultimately Deputy Chief of Staff. Amanda has work experience in external affairs, legislative affairs, operations, and program management. In the non-profit sector, she has completed data analytics consulting to provide critical metrics for grant applications resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in funding; built central information files to improve impact reporting; and developed surveys to steer program development. Amanda works in the background applying a unique blend of analytics expertise and work experience to create systems and analyze data. This necessary administrative layer for executives raises awareness, improves program effectiveness, and fosters stakeholder support.
Chuck McDanal is the owner of StudioC Solutions, which focuses on Organizational Optimization, Business Analytics, Workshops & Coaching. Chuck has more than 25 years of experience in a range of roles, from managing an IT department to working as an editor; from directing a large operation to leading an internet startup and creating a 501(c)(3) nonprofit from the ground up. He has extensive experience in process improvement, data analytics, coaching, mentoring, managing and leading, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. He serves on multiple community boards and organizations and is a graduate of Leadership Lakeland and Leadership Polk.
