Holly L. Parrish, Managing Partner
Holly Parrish, CFRE is a graduate of Florida Southern College and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration & Non-Profit Management from University of South Florida. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) since 2004, Holly has worked for 20 years in Fundraising, Public Relations and Marketing. Since establishing PH Solutions in 2013, Holly has worked directly with more than 40 organizations both local and national,
Holly is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (Programs Chair and National Philanthropy Day Co-Chair) and is a past member of the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy and the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning. As a volunteer, Holly serves on the Advisory Board for the College of Arts and Media at Southeastern University and the Honeycomb Project of Chicago. She is also a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Greater Lakeland and a current member of Leadership Lakeland Class XXXVI. Her other passion aside from philanthropic work is music. Holly teaches voice and piano privately and has showcased her talents as a performer and director for dozens of local theatre productions over the past 25 years.
Shira Johnson, Senior Consultant
Shira Johnson, MPA, is a graduate of the Harry S. Truman School of Public Affairs at the University of Missouri where she received her Masters of Public Administration with a focus in public management. Additionally she received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. Since 2012 Shira has provided non-profit management consulting services primarily on program development and evaluation, leadership development, grant writing and fundraising. Prior to consulting, she served in various nonprofit leadership roles, including Executive Director of Whole Child Indian River and Executive Director of Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida.
Shira is an adjunct professor at Polk State College teaching Public Administration courses. She is a past President of the Junior League of Greater Lakeland.
