Holly L. Parrish, Managing Partner
Holly Parrish, CFRE is a graduate of Florida Southern College and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration & Non-Profit Management from University of South Florida. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) since 2004, Holly has worked for more than 17 years in Fundraising, Public Relations and Marketing.
Since establishing PH Solutions, Holly has worked directly with more than 30 organizations both local and national, Holly is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and is a past member of the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy and the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning. Her other passion aside from philanthropic work is music. Holly teaches voice and piano privately and has showcased her talents as a performer and director for dozens of local theatre productions over the past 20 years.
Shira Johnson, Senior Consultant
Shira Johnson, MPA, is a graduate of the Harry S. Truman School of Public Affairs at the University of Missouri where he received her Masters of Public Administration with a focus in public management. Additionally she received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. Since 2012 Shira has provided non-profit management consulting services primarily on program development and evaluation, leadership development, grant writing and fundraising. Prior to consulting, she served in various nonprofit leadership roles, including Executive Director of Whole Child Indian River and Executive Director of Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida.
Shira is an adjunct professor at Polk State College teaching Public Administration courses. She currently serves as President-Elect on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Greater Lakeland and is financial advisor for Alpha Delta Pi sorority at Florida Southern College.
Yadira Holmes, Senior Consultant
Yadira Holmes specializes in organizational strategy and vision, government relations, public affairs, community engagement and communications. She has recently served as Director of Public Affairs for a locally owned and operated Coca-Cola bottler, Coca-Cola Beverages Florida and Director of Government, Community and Media Affairs for Lakeland Regional Health. Along with this work, Yadira has held positions in state and federal government as well as the non-profit sector. Yadira is a graduate of Florida State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History. She has a Master’s Degree in Political Management from the George Washington University. She is a loyal and ardent fan of both of her alma maters.
She is an active member of First United Methodist Church and serves on the Polk State College Foundation Board, Polk Vision Government Team, and is a Young Leader for the United Way of Central Florida. She is a graduate of Leadership Lakeland Class XXXI. Previously, she served on the boards of Parker Street Ministries and the Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center.
